For those of you slotting and negotiating, aka trying to create a seating chart. Smartdraw is free - well, that is a "free trial" free and definitly worth the download.

A couple weeks ago, I got the free trail after reading about it on this site. This is a fabulous software. Its quite expensive, but my Fiance and I were thinking we could still use it after the wedding for our house and for landscaping. Thanks!
