Linens Part II: Designing the tables

In my previous post on linens, I mentioned Mosaic as a vendor I had researched. I've looked at many linen sites, but this one trumps the others by far. There are several useful resources at your fingertips, even if you don't order from them.

The first is this Tabletop Designer tool that allows you to play around with linen styles and colors to find a look that works with your palette and style. Here's a screen grab from my own:

The next application is the Event Center which allows you to input the dimensions of your reception venue and plan the layout of the tables, dj, sweetheart table, any food stations, etc. The cool thing, though, is that you can outline which linens go on which tables, and even upload items to your own swatchbook. So if you were using different centerpieces on different tables, you could upload a photo of the centerpiece and coordinate it with that table. Then, you can print it and send it along with whoever will be setting up your reception, and be able to enjoy getting your nails done with the perfect peace of mind that it will be exactly the way you want it. Here's a look:

ENJOY!
