Double the Fun

Now that FI and I are engaged, we (mostly I) have double the number of people to shop for this holiday season. Not to mention double the birthdays, parties, events, etc etc. Don't get me wrong, I love his family and I'm excitedly planning out our shopping list...but it does get quite hectic. We'll have to juggle Christmas activities with both of our families and if Thanksgiving was any indication, we'll have to plan carefully so we aren't cranky Scrooges. I had to cook Thanksgiving dinner for my family, attend lunch at FI's house and then come back to my house for a second round! It's hard to enjoy yourself when you're being pulled in all directions.
