How cool is this? Wild Hibiscus is an Australian company that just launched in the US. Place one of these organic wild hibiscus flowers in a glass, pour champagne over it and watch it slowly open up as the bubbles do their magic! This is certainly an option for a visually stunning signature cocktail.
The edible flowers are preserved in a syrup of cane sugar and water, with a "delicious raspberry and rhubarb flavor." There are several recipes on the site for additional cocktails:

The flowers are sold in jars of 11 ($11) or 50 ($35) and a 5% discount is offered for orders of $85 or more. They are also available at select Dean and Deluca locations in NYC. I just ordered a jar to try out, so I'll let you all know how it goes! It just fit in too well with my red color scheme :D
