Finally some reasonably priced flower girl dresses!

I don't know about you but I've had quite a time finding clothing for the littlest members of our wedding party.

Our two ringbearers will be wearing matching tuxedoes to the rest of the guys but their rental price is STILL going to be $130 or so. Personally? I think that's ridiculous. But I've tried and there's no negotiating/bargaining down on the price.

As for the flower girls, I've been looking for months now trying to find dresses that were still nice quality, beautiful, but much less than $100. I got my wedding gown at David's Bridal but flower girl dresses are upwards of $125 there. That is as ridiculous as the tuxedoes for the ringbearers. So, I made it my personal mission to find something LESS than $50 for the flower girls.

When it comes down to it, just about every site has the same inventory/styles. I've seen the same dress listed as $75 one place and $45 at another place. You'd think that internet vendors would be a little more competitive in their pricing when they could search market prices themselves but I guess not.

Anyway, I can happily report that with all of my bargain shopping and hunting, I've finally found something that fits the bill both in terms of style/look AND (more importantly) price. The dress linked has a removable sash and flower that I will change out to better match our wedding decor. The flower girls will be wearing Asian brocade sashes made by either my mother of myself. The dresses come in both white and ivory and are only $34.95 plus shipping EACH!!! That's QUITE a deal. Perhaps they won't be as "nice" in terms of quality as a bridal boutique might sell but honestly? This is a white/ivory dress that a little girl will likely only be able to wear once because that's just how it works with stuff that's white/ivory. Definitely my brother/sister-in-law (their parents) can try and dye it so they can maybe wear it again but for only $34.95? It's not nearly as painful as $130 for RENTED clothing. :)

I'm happy.
